Midcoast Women sponsors this free, public event on Saturday, May 10th, 10-12 noon at The First Universalist Church in Rockland (345 Broadway).  The program will provide participants with ways to take proactive steps to foster the democratic process.  The program is divided into four segments:

• Managing Your Mental Health through Local Engagement

• Engaging with your Local Legislators

• Voices for Change: Activist Groups Leading the Way

• Activating Change: A Panel of Young Leaders
