The Audacity Needs a Street Band. So Let’s Make One.

Brass and percussion form the center of the sound but that other thing you play has a place too. If it plays on the street, it fits in the band!

We’ll look good, play loud, and sound alright — and we’ll help get this country back on the right track. A motivational, elevational, unificational perseverational street band is just the thing. We will rehearse together, then be a presence at the pro-democracy demonstrations of The Audacity and at other nearby democracy movement actions, when enough of us can make time in our schedules to go.

If you’d like to try it out, please bring an instrument. If you have an idea for a song to play, either bring some sheet music prepare a very quick, easy plan to teach the song. We’ll talk about what we’re doing for 20-30 minutes tops, then get into an evening of rehearsing and finding out what we are.
